Setting up automatic alarms

Setting up automatic alarms
In the game hall, it is important not only to record events, but to react instantly to critical situations - be it a machine failure, a suspicious game or a violation of limits. The automatic alarm system allows you to predefine the conditions under which a notification, lock or other type of reaction will be triggered.

All alarms are configured individually for a specific scenario: by machine, operator, cash register, player or group of parameters.

What can be alarming

Event or ConditionAlarm Example
RTP reduction below normalMachine shows RTP <70% for a given time
Cash discrepancyDiscrepancy between expected and actual cash amount
Suspicious activityInstant withdrawal after a large win, repeating bets according to the template
Turn off machineTerminal lost communication or turned off without permission
Out-of-shift loginOperator logged in off-hours or out-of-room

How the system works

1. You set alarm conditions in the admin panel: by parameters, events or roles
2. The system tracks all events in real time
3. When the condition is triggered, a notification is sent (email, push, SMS)
4. If necessary - automatic blocking of the machine, role or cash register
5. All alarms are logged with date, reason and responsible employee

Advantages for the hall

Respond quickly to potential threats and errors
Notifications directly to the phone or admin panel
Flexible configuration for the type of hall, machines and business processes
Reduced dependence on human factors
Log of all alarms - for analysis and follow-up
