Setting up automatic alarms

All alarms are configured individually for a specific scenario: by machine, operator, cash register, player or group of parameters.
What can be alarming
Event or Condition | Alarm Example |
---|---|
RTP reduction below normal | Machine shows RTP <70% for a given time |
Cash discrepancy | Discrepancy between expected and actual cash amount |
Suspicious activity | Instant withdrawal after a large win, repeating bets according to the template |
Turn off machine | Terminal lost communication or turned off without permission |
Out-of-shift login | Operator logged in off-hours or out-of-room |
How the system works
1. You set alarm conditions in the admin panel: by parameters, events or roles
2. The system tracks all events in real time
3. When the condition is triggered, a notification is sent (email, push, SMS)
4. If necessary - automatic blocking of the machine, role or cash register
5. All alarms are logged with date, reason and responsible employee
