Login, PIN or card authorization

Each user or employee can be assigned a login method - login with password, PIN-code, RFID-card or QR-code. This allows you to flexibly control access, track actions and protect the system from interference.
Authorization methods
Method | Description and Purpose |
---|---|
Login + password | Standard login method for operators, administrators, technical staff |
PIN | Quick Sign In for Cashiers and Restricted Staff |
RFID card/bracelet | Physical ID is a convenient and quick way to access |
QR code (virtual card) | Instant authorization via mobile device or self-service terminal |
How the system works
1. Assign a login method when creating an employee or player profile
2. Connection of readers (RFID, QR, NFC) to the system
3. Check access and rights after authorization
4. Logging of all inputs, actions, errors and access attempts
5. Ability to temporarily lock, change method or reset PIN
