Hall Management Server

How the hall management server works: choosing between a local and cloud solution, terminal management, security, scaling and real-time monitoring.
Expert Fedor Korolev

Effective game room management starts with a reliable server system. The management server is the center through which all logic passes: from launching games and updates to controlling cashiers and analyzing statistics. Depending on the operator's tasks and the scale of the project, the server can be local (on-premise) or cloud (remote/cloud). Both approaches have their own characteristics, and we support both options for flexible integration into any infrastructure.

Local server

Advantages Description
Maximum speed Instant terminal connection, minimum latency
Increased autonomy Does not depend on the Internet - it works even when the connection is broken
Local control and security All data stored onsite, easy to restrict access
Full update control You determine when to install updates

Suitable for: autonomous gaming points, regions with unstable Internet, closed networks.

Cloud server

Advantages Description
Access from anywhere in the world Manage dozens of halls through a single panel
Centralized updates All terminals are synchronized automatically
Online statistics and analytics Instant access to reports and cash
Minimum equipment on site There is no need for a dedicated server in each room

Suitable for: gaming halls networks, remote administration, fast scaling.

What the management server allows

Connect, update and monitor gaming terminals

Manage balances, transactions, cashiers

Access rights delimitation: operator, administrator, controller

Monitor rates, sessions, room statistics

Update games and download new content

Export reports in CSV/API format

Safety and stability

Data and log backups

Logs of all actions: who, what, when changed

SSL encryption and token-based authorization

Fault protection: automatic rollback and self-diagnostics

Flexibility for operator

Choosing between on-premise and cloud - by work model

Hybrid mode capability (local server with cloud synchronization)

Offline offline operation with subsequent synchronization

Integration with accounting, CMS, CRM and BI systems

The control server is the central control point of the game hall. Want full autonomy? Choose local. Need scalability and remote access? Cloud server is your choice. We support both architectures and adapt to your business needs.
