Activity Log

Capture all activities and events - bets, winnings, cash transactions, logins, errors and technical events - with the exact time and user.
Expert Fedor Korolev

Without transparency, neither governance nor security is possible. That is why our system provides a detailed log of actions and events that records every significant event in the game hall - be it a bet, employee entry, withdrawal of funds or equipment failure.

All information is tied to a specific time, device, user and place, which allows you to quickly find the cause of errors, track suspicious activity and conduct an audit.

What is recorded in the log

Event type Description
Game action Bets, wins, start/end session, game selection
Financial transactions I/O, cash desk, issuing tickets
Personnel actions Entrances, shifts, setting changes, locks, player registrations
Errors and failures Problems with machines, disconnections, exceeding limits, protocol violations
Security and access Login attempts, password changes, PINs and RFID cards

How the system works

1. Each action is automatically recorded with an accurate timestamp

2. Information is stored in a secure log (locally or in the cloud)

3. Can be filtered by type, user, machine, date, or role

4. Logs can be exported to Excel, PDF or sent via API

5. Can be integrated with notification and audit system

Advantages for the hall

Complete control over what is happening

Quick resolution of disputes and technical failures

Audit employee actions and system processes

Store event history across all points and users

Export for external reporting or legal checks

Where especially relevant

Halls with shift work and a large number of employees

Centrally controlled and audited networks

Sites with internal safety and compliance requirements

Objects where transparency for partners and investors is important

The activity log is your "black box" in which everything is recorded. It helps not only control the business, but also protects against mistakes, fraud and unexpected failures. Everything is fixed - everything is under control.
